Chasing after TRUTH presents us with possibilities, probabilities and absolutes…
Some place their all eggs in the same possibility basket…
Probability and absolutes are not their choices, or mistakenly, they confuse them with what really is only possibility…
Well, everything is possible…But only some things are probable, or absolute…
Besides, out of self-serving political interests, some may purposefully propagate untruth and disinformation and make them appear as “TRUTH”…They play on fears and paranoia some people have been experiencing in this and other lifetimes, in order to enslave them…Many times they don’t hesitate to mix half-truths with lies to achieve their ends…
And you know? Half-truth plus lie, equals lie…

Seeing through the filter of humanity
I think it is our natural inclination to put all our eggs in one spiritual basket. We become "people of the Book" or "people of the Guru", clinging to a single source of what we are told is 100% truth. It's easy that way, being spoonfed "truth", even when it is poison for our soul. And when a lie is laced with a bit of sugary truth, we crave the feeding, despite the bitter aftertaste. I agree with you Adrian that discernment is needed, and the best filter to use is simply Love. I question anything not based in pure Love, anything that contains even an ounce of Fear, or anything that requires the disempowerment of another. I have yet to find a 100% true source, whether it be Guru or Book, though some sources bear more truth than others. Such is the filter of our humanity as we bring forth messages from the Divine. 100% accuracy is often sought but not necessarily something we are yet evolved enough to attain. We wander this planet with blinders on, message bearers and message receivers alike. Some can see the Light more clearly than others. But until we can stay completely in the space of the Divine, discernment will always be required of us. In peace, BridgeBuilder P.S. I enjoyed hearing you speak last weekend for the first time and had a wonderful talk with someone dear to you at lunch. ;-)
